Training 1-2-1 is the very best start that you can give yourself. I will put together a bespoke package including personalised training sessions, exercise advice, nutritional advice, progress tracking and readily available contact.
If you are unsure of training by yourself and would prefer to train with a friend I am happy to conduct joint sessions. Train together and split the cost.
These are enjoyable training sessions at a set time in a group session. They work fantastically as an opportunity to socialise with people going through similar experiences.

A good diet helps our bodies function properly and contributes significantly to wellbeing and feeling great. I can help with your nutrition by making suggestions as to how you can improve your diet to get you feeling better!
Good gut health is important for mental wellbeing. Food intolerances can contribute to depressive symptoms so it is important to ensure that your diet is working with your body rather than against it. This is a blood test method and the most accurate way to determine food intolerances.
