Are you feeling low or
constantly stressed out?
Do you feel anxious
about 'small' things?
Are you looking for an
alternative option to help
you feel better within yourself?
We can help you!
Mental health problems can strike many people during their lives, in fact, 1 in 4 of us may experience them. Through my own struggles I found it difficult to stick with medication and counselling so I turned to exercise instead.
Regular exercise and good nutrition have been consistently proven through science to boost mood and reduce stress yet most treatment is still centred on counselling and medication. Inner Strength is here to offer an alternative or additional form of therapy.
If you are suffering from mental health problems such as stress, anxiety or depression we can develop a fitness and nutrition program to help you feel healthier and happier. Additional benefits may include fat loss, improved fitness and improved body confidence.
Arrange a 1 on 1 consultation to talk with me more about your goals and what I can do to help you. Consultations are up to 45 minutes long in a comfortable environment. We will then work out a strategy to get you feeling better within yourself as soon as possible.
YOU have to WANT this as well. It will be tough but if you give me full commitment and dedication, I will do all that is in my power to motivate, encourage, support and educate you.
Inner Strength is a personal training company dedicated to changing the lives of people experiencing mental health problems.
